Extended return policy

We have extended the time you can return the stuff that wasn’t quite right!
Anything you buy between November 20 - December 20 2017, can be returned up until January 20 2018.

To us, no order is complete until you are totally satisfied; so don’t worry if you change your mind. You have 14 days to return anything that isn’t quite right. If you have not received a refund for your return after 14 days, and have your proof of return postage, please contact customer service. Please be advised that your return can take up to 21 days to be received. All we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags on so that we can sell them again. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned. However, faulty goods can - and should - of course be returned regardless, so that you can be completely satisfied with your Cheap Monday online experience!

How to return or exchange items: use the return note in your package

1. Fill in the item number(s) and return code on the return slip included in your package.
If you want to exchange for a different size or colour, enter those details too. Remember to include the note with the package you are returning!
2. If possible, please help us save on waste by reusing the clear plastic bag and original outer packaging.
3. Tape securely and attach the pre-printed return address label, that you’ll find in your parcel, to the parcel.
4. If the weight on your parcel is over 2 kg please contact our customer service  (This is for Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Portugal, Slovenia, Ireland, Slovakia, Spain, United Kingdom, Poland)

If you have any questions, don’t be shy-call our friendly customer service people! The return slip will provide us with all the details we need to expedite your return.

Exchanges - different colour or size

You are allowed to return an item to exchange for a different colour or size in the same product and will not be charged a return fee.

You cannot exchange for a completely different item eg. exchanging a shirt for trousers. In such cases you would just be refunded for the returned item.

Return fee

All returns are free. If you have any questions, don’t be shy - call our friendly customer service people! You’ll find the phone number under “Customer Service.”

Return note in your package

You will find a return note in your parcel. Please follow the instructions bellow. The return slip will provide us with all the details we need to expedite your return. Just place this form in the package with the item(s) you are returning.


You have 14 days to return your items, and we’ll give you a refund within 14 days from registering your return.Unfortunately, items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.

Pay Pal and Credit card refunds

For payments funded with a bank account or PayPal balance, the refund is credited to the PayPal account and will show on your Paypal statement after 3 working days. Payments funded by a credit or debit card will be refunded to that card, and for payments funded with both a card and another funding source, the card portion will be refunded to the card and the remainder to the PayPal account.

Invoice refunds

The amount will be credited when we have received your returns. Arvato (our credit partner) will not send you a new invoice with the adjusted amount. Please adjust your payment according to the returned amount, and pay the amount that is left after you deducted the amount returned.

If you have already paid by invoice and would like a refund to your bank account, please contact Arvato Finance on 0340-596100 within 48 hours. Otherwise, you will receive your refund by cheque and an extra fee may apply.
