Where is my order?

Normally you will have your order in 3-5 days. However, your order can take up to 10 days to arrive once it’s been dispatched. We don’t keep you guessing, you can track you parcel for updates through your CM profile. If you’ve got any further questions, simply call us on +44 (0) 344 8448505

Where is my return and refund?

Your return can take 21 days to reach us. We’ll make sure to email you once it has arrived to let you know when to expect your refund/exchange. If you’ve got any further questions, simply drop us an email! You can also find more information about in our returns section here.

Are you re-stocking sold out items?

Our website is always up to date with what we have available online. If you can’t see what you’re after just now keep checking back with us. There is a big chance that it will become available again.


Garment Queries - General

I am not sure about what size to choose?

We use normal EU sizing on all our garments and accessories. You can use both the product description on every category and product page, both the size guide here to work out which size will suit. We always state the size the model is wearing on the actual picture in every product page. Knowing his/her measurements and the size of the garment will make your life easier. Do you use real leather in your products?

No, we don’t use real leather in our products.


Garment queries - Jeans

I was looking for a jeans to buy but I'm not sure of the sizes?

We’ve got many different styles to help you find your perfect fit. We use normal EU sizing on all our garments and accessories. You can use both the jeans descriptions on every category and product page and size guide to work out what pair will suit. In which leg length do your jeans come in? Do you have a 30 or 36 leg length?

The most common length is 32 and 34, but some of our jeans also come in a 30 and 36 length/size. The easiest way to find the size you are looking for is to use our size filter function in the jeans category. Just choose your size in the left filter, and you will only see products in that size.

I would like to find a pair of jeans that are a little elastic/stretchy?

Yes, some of our jeans are stretchy. You can check out these models; Women’s jeans: Tight, Narrow, Dropped, Slim, Second skin, Cropped chino, Prime, Low spray, High spray Men’s jeans: Tight, Narrow, Dropped

I would like to find a pair of non-stretch jeans?

Yes, we have several fits that aren’t elastic. The following fits are non-stretchy fabrics: Women’s jeans: Thrift jean, Omega, Lady teddy Men’s jeans: Tapered, Slim Chino, High Slim, Four, Five.

Is skinny fit narrower than slim fit?

Yes, skinny fit is narrower than slim fit. Our skinniest women’s fit is High Spray and Low Spray, these fits are almost like jeggings. Our skinniest men’s fit is Narrow.

What material are the jeans patches, are they leather?

We avoid using real leather in our products. So no, the patches are not leather, even if they look and feel like it. Patch material details: 64% wood fiber 25,2% Polymer 5,4% Pigments 4% Water 1,3% Other

Are your jeans sanforized?

Yes, all our jeans are sanforized.

There are several jeans models called the same, for example "tight base dark blue", is there any difference between them?

No, there is no difference between them. The items you were looking are “carry over” products. The reason why it’s shown several times on the site is due to them belonging to different seasons. But the product is the same.


Pocket Operators/Synthesizers - Teenage Engineering

What's a pocket operator?

Pocket Operators are micro synthesizers that fit in your pocket. It has never been this easy, fun and affordable to create electronic music. The collaboration involves 3 Pocket Operators: the PO-12 “Rhythm” is a drum machine, the PO-14 “Sub” is a bass line synthesizer and the PO-16 “ Factory” is a melody synthesizer. Watch some demo's and cool guides on how to use them here and you'll get it!

How does it work?

It works by pushing buttons and twisting knobs, it’s very intuitive and a lot of fun. You can also connect it to headphones, computer or amplifier of your choice through a jack connector / line out. It runs with 2 X AAA 1.5 volt batteries and if you own more than one you can chain them through the sync input audio through. What is Teenage Engineering?

Teenage Engineering is a company producing hi-end tech objects such as the widely known OP-1 portable synthesizer.

Why are you collaborating?

About a year ago Jesper Kouthoofd (CEO of Teenage Engineering) asked Ann-Sofie Back (Creative Director of Cheap Monday) if she could design a labwear collection for the engineers at Teenage Engineering. Ann-Sofie designed a capsule collection and in return Teenage Engineering invented three “Pocket Operators".

Where can I buy the pocket operators and gear?

Besides Teenage Engineering’s web-shop (www.teenageengineering.com), the Pocket Operators will be sold only at Colette (213 rue Saint-Honoré 75001, Paris and at colette.fr) between January 22nd and February 1st. From the beginning of February the Pocket Operators and gear will be available at here, www.cheapmonday.com and selected stores across the world
