Your order will normally leave our warehouse on the working day after you place your order or earlier. For example, if you place your order on Friday night, we will dispatch your parcel from our warehouse on the following Monday.
You can view the status of your order and track it in ‘Order History’ in the ‘My Account’ section. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery after it has left our warehouse.
This cut-off time is only a guide, and doesn’t take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, so please remember to order as early as you can.
We ship to 18 european countries, see the list below to check if your home country is one of them and what shipping fee you will be charged.
Mypack delivers parcels to Sweden, Denmark and Finland.
Hermes delivers to Germany.
DPD delivers to all other countries (UK, Belgium, France, Spain, Italy, and Netherlands etc.)
Customers are able to request an order to be sent to a different address. This can also be in another country, ie Customer in the UK can request a parcel be sent to a friend in Germany
Select the country where you would like your items to be delivered at the bottom or top of the web page, or in the header under “Shipping to”. If you have already added items to your shopping bag they will not disappear if you change your shipping destination. The shipping destination may be changed until you reach the checkout. Please note that all prices, VAT, delivery times and delivery charges will be adjusted depending on the country you would like your items shipped to.
Cheap Monday will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Delivery normally takes about 3-5 working days from the time of placing the order.
Please note that we only ship to home or office addresses and not to P.O. box addresses.

b. Shipping to another address
It is possible to ship your goods to another address than the one that is registered on your account. Choose "Ship to another address" in Step 2 in the check out process and fill in the address details before you procees to payment.
Your order will be delivered to your home address and requires a signature, so if for any reason no one is home to receive it, the courier will leave a card with specific information about your delivery, which will be redirected to a local post office. Please remember to bring ID when collecting your order.
Text message when order arrives (in Sweden and Finland)
Please fill in your mobile number in your order details in order to receive a text message informing you of the delivery. When the order arrives at the collection point, (chosen when you placed your order online) you will receive a text message informing you of its arrival. Please remember to bring a valid ID (such as a driving licence or passport) when collecting your order.
Returns & Exchanges
To us, no order is complete until you are totally satisfied; so don’t worry if you change your mind. You have 14 days to return anything that isn’t quite right. We’ll give you a refund within 30 days. All we ask is that items are returned clean, unworn and have all of their tags on so that we can sell them again. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, bodies and pierced jewellery cannot be returned. However, faulty goods can - and should - of course be returned regardless, so that you can be completely satisfied with your Cheap Monday online experience!
How to return or exchange items
If you would like to return or exchange an item you have bought, you have 14 days to return anything that isn’t quite right. Go to our online returns registration and click on "Request a Return".
Fill in the original order number and your address details, select a delivery method for the return label (post or electronic), and click through. Fill in the return code on the return slip included on your package. If you want to exchange for a different size or colour, enter those details too.
Remember to include the note with the package you are returning! If possible, please help us save on waste by reusing the clear plastic bag and original outer packaging. Tape securely, attach the return label to the parcel, arrange for your local courier service, and keep the receipt as proof of postage. Return postage is always free for exchanges when you use the prepaid return address label.
Exchanges - different colour or size
You are allowed to return an item to exchange for a different colour or size in the same product and will not be charged a return fee.
You cannot exchange for a completely different item eg. exchanging a shirt for trousers. In such cases you would just be refunded for the returned item.
For returns, we will deduct a set fee of 4 EURO, 40 SEK, 40 DKK for the return postage (except UK, DE, FI, FR, where return fee is free of charge) from your refund when we have received and approved your returned item or items (if you use the prepaid label, the cost is the same no matter the amount of items you are returning). Please note that we do not accept or cover the cost of items returned without sufficient postage. If you have any questions, don’t be shy - call our friendly customer service people! Return note in your package for deliveries to: Finland, Sweden, Denmark and Germany
You will find a return and delivery note in your parcel. Please follow the instructions on the return note. The return slip will provide us with all the details we need to expedite your return. Just place this form in the package with the item(s) you are returning.

You have 14 days to return your items, and we'll give you a refund within 30 days from registering your return. Unfortunately, items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.
Pay Pal and Credit card refunds
For payments funded with a bank account or PayPal balance, the refund is credited to the PayPal account and will show on your Paypal statement after 3 working days. Payments funded by a credit or debit card will be refunded to that card, and for payments funded with both a card and another funding source, the card portion will be refunded to the card and the remainder to the PayPal account.
The amount will be credited when we have received your returns. Arvato (our credit partner) will not send you a new invoice with the adjusted amount. Please adjust your payment according to the returned amount, and pay the amount that is left after you deducted the amount returned.
If you have already paid by invoice and would like a refund to your bank account, please contact Arvato Finance on 0340-596100 within 48 hours. Otherwise, you will receive your refund by cheque and an extra fee may apply.
